    Coachees will complete a suite of assessments, including a 360 assessment, to ascertain their status on key scientifically verified factors of performance under pressure.

  • Development of organizational initiatives to support performance in the face of extraordinary market and economic pressure

    Depending on the scope of the consulting services, members of a selected organization will participate in individual and organizational culture assessments

Program Details

Coaching

Coachees will participate in an assessment interview which will probe the range and nature of performance expectations and performance related factors. Additional assessments of decision style, performance related distractions, personality patterns, stress responses and coping tactics, and emotional intelligence will be included.

Following the completion of the initial interview and assessments, an interpretation session will cover all aspects of the performance profile, including those areas likely to produce barriers to effectiveness.

After consensual validation of assessment results, a development plan designed to leverage performance strengths and reduce performance barriers will be implemented.

Consulting

Any groups of individuals working together create an organizational culture. This has increasing complexity as the size of the organization grows, though the basic principles of culture remain the same. There are specific cultural dimensions which have a direct affect on organizational performance. This service involves having the organization complete a performance culture assessment, along with assessment of the key leaders regarding their performance related behaviors.
